Meet the Oranges!

Matt Fistler

meet the oranges

He’s a coach and an angle organizer at Skydive Orange. He has a coach rating and 460+ jumps.

Why did you start skydiving: I started skydiving because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I finally had the money to do it.

What has skydiving taught you: Skydiving’s taught me that the skydiving community is pretty awesome. You don’t have to be a badass to jump out of planes, but there are a whole lot of really good, really inherently badass people in the sport. Everyone is good to each other and wants everyone else to have a fun, safe time. When someone gives another person advice or scolds someone, it’s not because they don’t like the other person. It’s because they saw something that might have been dangerous, and they want everyone to go home upright at the end of the day.
Meet the Oranges

“Angle flying is my jam! If you want to get up and fly on the angle, come find me!”

Why do you think everyone should skydive at least once in their lifetime: You’ll never know what skydiving is like from the ground, so give it a shot, and you’ll love it!

Make sure the next time your out you jump with Matt Fistler; he’s got the experience and is an all around fun guy to jump with! Hone in on your angle skills; Matt also welcomes newly licensed jumpers to try angle for the first time!
