Heavier passengers make a tandem instructor's day a little harder and additional weight also increases the cost of maintaining our equipment. As long as you are reasonably proportioned, we can take tandems over 220 lbs by special arrangement. Below are the overweight surcharges (fully clothed).

Our weight capability varies with our tandem instructor availability since it depends on their weight too. For your safety, we will not exceed the equipment's rated weight limits.
