Marko Pilepich

Meet Marko Pilepich!

Marko is a competitor, freefly organizer, and coach at Skydive Orange. He earned his A license in August 2022 and began working for us in March 2023. Marko has 1200+ skydives and 125+ hours of tunnel time. He is on Skydive Orange’s MFS team, SDO New Shoe Crew. In the “real world”, Marko is a Nuclear Engineer in the Navy and a STEM Educator at iFLY.

Aspirations:

• Help grow the competition scene at Skydive Orange
• Continue competing in MFS, VFS, and FS
• Compete in D2W and D4W
• Become a tandem videographer

“I completed my entire student progression at Skydive Orange and fell in love with the community, the quality of instruction, and the safety culture at the dropzone. I applied to be a coach in order to give back and do my best at continuing to foster the environment that made me feel accepted and welcomed as I took my first steps within the sport.
