Meet Leslie Smith!
Leslie has over 1100 jumps and has been jumping at Skydive Orange since 2015. She started competing in 4 way Formation Skydiving in 2019 with team Burble Me Softly. Since then she has competed with numerous teams of amazing people and even been on the podium a few times.
Accomplishments include:
- Gold in Intermediate 8 way at Indoor Nationals with team All Glass No Breaks (2022)
- Silver in Intermediate 8 way at Outdoor Nationals with team LLMC (2023)
- Gold in Intermediate 4 way at Indoor Nationals with team CSC Constellation XP (2024)
- Gold in Intermediate 4 way at Outdoor Nationals with team CSC Constellation XP (2024).
Competition is amazing, but Leslie especially loves being an AFFI and introducing new people to the sport. “I love being an AFF Student’s first friend at the DZ.”
Leslie’s aspirations include competing in new disciplines and continuing as an AFFI.

The instructors in the AFF program are on par with any top-tier coaches in any sports discipline. They do very well at breaking down and teaching skill-sets and instilling the confidence needed to execute a dive successfully.
The largest tandem skydiving center near Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland.
